Larry Pahl has been certified
by the Ohio Medical Board for the practice of massage therapy for the past 9 years.
His practice focuses on injury prevention and rehab for athletes and the
effective management of chronic-pain syndromes. This work was made possible by
over 100 hours of continuing education with James Waslaski, one of the most
accomplished massage therapists of our time.
Through extensive research in the pain-management arena, it soon became evident that there was significant overlap with respect to pain management and weight-management protocols. A passion to find the truth about how to lose our unwanted fat and keep it off began to grow in 2002. The result of five years of intense research has given way to the truth about the healthy way to lose the right kind of weight. Larry has written a book dedicated to helping people become independently healthy. If it can improve the quality of your life, it will have been a worthwhile venture. We all have a need for accurate, honest and reliable information if we are to be successful in managing our weight and learning how to practice wellness. Living healthy in an unhealthy world requires knowledge about our body and what it needs from us in terms of nutrition, hydration, exercise, and stress management.
